Community Guidelines

The AP CLUB (ACTIVE PEOPLE CLUB) is a web-based social community platform that connects people (players, parents or professionals working with preschool children) who would like to share their interest & experiences with Astrojax, YoYo, Kiwido, juggling as well as other ACTIVE PEOPLE toys. AP CLUB accounts are intended for personal use, for our members to share content like text, photos and video that they themselves have created or that have been embedded with the permission of the owner.

The following Community Guidelines are here to help you understand what it means to be a member of the AP CLUB. Don’t forget that your use of AP CLUB is subject to these Guidelines and our Terms of Use.

Special Guidelines for Children & Parents

We value your & your family’s online privacy. If you are under the age of 16, we encourage you to read through these Community Guidelines with your parents and ask questions about anything you don’t understand. If you are under 13, please get your parents permission before giving any of our sites, or any other websites, your email address or any other personal information. Please help us protect your child’s privacy & follow the following safety tips:

  • Two email addresses for your kid are safer. One address that may be used in public platforms with your appraisal. A second one to be used only with your kids friends.
  • Tell your child never to provide Personal Information on this site or any other without your permission.
  • We encourage you to spend time online with your children and monitor your children’s online use. Explain to them, that there might not only be nice & friendly people in the internet. Discuss which sites may be visited without concern and establish a timetable which should be respected for surfing.
  • We suggest a maximum surf time of 1 hour per day in the internet.
  • In case your child wants to meet an online friend in person (e.g. to practice some YoYo tricks together), accompany you child to this (first) meeting.
What to do
  • Do play nice. So, be polite and respectful in your interactions with other members.
  • Do upload content that you have created. Respect the copyright of others.
  • Do moderate your content.
  • Do link back to the AP CLUB when you post your AP CLUB content elsewhere.
  • Do enjoy the AP CLUB!
What not to do
  • Don’t upload anything that isn’t yours.
  • Don’t forget the children which are also part of this community & only publish appropriate content!
  • Don’t show nudity in your content and/or in your buddy icon.
  • Don’t upload content that is illegal or prohibited.
  • Don’t use AP CLUB for commercial purposes.

If we find you are disrespecting any of the Community Guidelines we will have to delete your account and we’ll take appropriate action, which may include reporting you to the authorities.

Other things to keep in mind
  • Other People (their content, their behavior)
If you are offended by a photo or video or other content you can either click away or you can report it by clicking on ‘report illegal content’.
  • Copyright questions
If you see photos or videos that you have created in another member’s profile, don't panic. A good first step is to contact them and politely ask them to remove it. If that doesn’t work, please send a message to club@activepeople.com.
