The AP CLUB (ACTIVE PEOPLE CLUB) is the new online community for all fans of Astrojax, YoYo, Kiwido or juggling and people who are interested in other ACTIVE PEOPLE toys.

The AP CLUB is free & enables registered users (Members) to create their own profile, join or browse the content of other members, post their own entries (text, photos, video) and exchange ideas with other members in the FORUM. You do not need to be registered to search or view the public FORUM on the AP CLUB, however you must be a registered member of the AP CLUB to post, see other members profile and access some privileged areas in the LEARNING section.

We value your & your family’s online privacy. If you are under the age of 16, we encourage you to read through this with your parents and ask questions about anything you don’t understand. If you are under 13, please get your parents permission before giving any of our sites, or any other websites, your email address or any other personal information.

Parents: We encourage you to spend time online with your children and monitor your children’s online activity. Please help us protect your child’s privacy by instructing them never to provide personal information on this site or any other without your permission.

The AP CLUB does not require any information from you to enable you to visit the community. However, in order to post your own entries in the FORUM, look into other member’s profiles or benefit from all advantages in the LEARNING section you must register to become a member of the AP CLUB.

When you register to the AP CLUB, you are required to provide certain Personal Information including name*, email address*, date of birth, country/region/city where you live, gender, languages, occupation as well as a user name and a secret password* of your choice. You may also add other personal data such as photos and personal interests. The information you provide will appear in your personal Member Profile, which is accessible to all registered members of the AP CLUB (information marked with * will NOT appear in the public Member Profile at any time, the age is shown instead of date of birth).

When you register to the AP CLUB the option to receive the AP CLUB newsletter is automatically opted. You may change this at any time of your membership by logging in into your profile and opt it out.

Like most web-based services, the AP CLUB automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser when you use the AP CLUB like IP addresses, browser types, referring websites and access times, when users visit our site. This ‘web log’ information is not personally identifiable, but provides important information on the number of visitors, and what areas of features they like best. You can visit our site and participate in many features without disclosing any personally identifiable information.
We also use cookies on the AP CLUB Platform to recognize your AP CLUB ID and store references to your AP CLUB ID and session validators on your hard drive.

We use your Personal Information to respond and fulfill your requests, including:

• To send you our email newsletters (when opted)
• To improve our website, customer service
• To send you service messages by email

ACTIVE PEOPLE does not rent or sell its email address list or any other personal information collected from its users to anyone.

The parent’s identity has to be verified in any case before providing access to the child’s Personal Information.

As previously mentioned ACTIVE PEOPLE does not rent or sell its email address list or any personal information collected from its users to any third party.

ACTIVE PEOPLE uses its best efforts to make sure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. You should keep in mind, however, that no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and any information disclosed online can potentially be collected and used other than the intended recipient.

To help maintain the security of your AP CLUB profile, please keep your password secure and safe.

You may, at any time, update, correct or delete certain categories of Personal Information that you have provided to ACTIVE PEOPLE by logging in into the AP CLUB (Member’s section).

You may terminate/deactivate your AP CLUB membership and end your use of the AP CLUB at any time and for no reason with ‘edit profile’ in the ‘members’ section.

You have the opportunity to choose whether to receive email newsletters or not at any time by logging in into your profile and opt this option in/out.

The AP CLUB Website is owned by ACTIVE PEOPLE SA, a Swiss based company. The website is operated in Switzerland. Please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to Switzerland. By using this website and/or providing us with your Personal Information through this website, you consent to this transfer.
