Bilibo Game Box contains six Bilibo Mini, an elastic dice and 36 color chips. There are infinite possibilities to play with them. Here are some of our favorites.
Extreme Color Tiddlywinks
On a soft surface like a carpet or a towel you can make the chips jump in the air. Aim for Bilibo Minis as targets. You can use the color dice to determine whose turn it is or which Bilibo to aim for.
Extra Material: soft surface
Balance & Juggling
Children train many basic skills like hand-eye coordination, balance, reactions and agility while they play. For instance in games where they throw and catch the chips or other objects with the Bilibos. Try with the left and the right hand. Balance a Bilibo Mini on the head, another one on a knee while standing on one leg or balance a chip on your nose while walking around a Bilibo slalom... The level of difficulty can be adjusted corresponding to the age and abilities of the kids.
Color dice version of Ludo
Treasure Chest
The color chips can easily be pried from the dice with another loose chip. Younger kids might need help doing so, but they will enjoy putting them back in. You can hide small treasures or secret messages in the cavities behind the chips. Write six instructions for a game on a small piece of paper and lock them all in the dice with chips of the same color. Now you can throw the dice, take the paper out and see what is your task.
Extra Material: paper, pen
Color Dice Ludo
Let your children create their own board games or help them adapt a classic one like Ludo. Simply draw the layout on a piece of cardboard and use the chips and Bilibos as game pieces, play currency, targets or home bases. The dice adds a random element to the game. Use it as customisable color dice or add numbers or faces with a marker. Can also be played outdoors. For example with the game board drawn with chalk on asphalt.
Extra Material:
paper and markers
Crafty Tinker
Handcraft with the chips, Bilibo and Pixel. The holes in the chips and Bilibos make them perfect for threading on string. Discover new formations and figures.
Extra Material: string, any household material
Rattle Battle
Fill two Bilibo with the chips and turn them into a rattle. See how the sound changes when different objects are added. With very small objects you can even turn the dice into a rattle. Feel the different surfaces and shapes. Enjoy the colors in ever changing combinations. Play in the bath tub or sand pit with other elements like water, sand or snow.
